The Challenge

KeraOne | When The Product Becomes The Idea

Project Overview

Long before artificial intelligence became part of the creative conversation, advertising was often driven by a simple principle:

A strong idea can do more than a complex production.

For KeraOne, the challenge was to communicate the product's core benefit—hair straightening—in a way that was immediate, memorable and visually engaging.

Working alongside Dr. Marketing and illustrator Anka Díaz, we developed a concept in which the product itself becomes the protagonist of the story. As the bottle moves across the composition, it straightens the hand-drawn illustrations surrounding it, visually demonstrating the product's effect without relying on explanations, claims or technical language.

The result is a piece where illustration, CGI and visual storytelling work together to transform a functional product benefit into a memorable advertising concept.

A simple idea, executed with precision.

The Challenge

The Challenge

The challenge was to communicate a highly competitive beauty product benefit through a single image.

Rather than showing the result on a model, the objective was to create a visual metaphor capable of instantly explaining what the product does while remaining distinctive and memorable.

The Result

The Result

The campaign transformed a straightforward product promise into a visual narrative where the packaging itself becomes part of the storytelling.

By combining hand-crafted illustration, CGI and digital compositing, the project demonstrates how strong conceptual thinking can create impactful advertising regardless of the technology available.

Because great advertising is rarely about the tool.

It is about the idea.

Idea First. Technology Second.

This project was created before the rise of generative AI, at a time when visual campaigns relied heavily on conceptual thinking, illustration and digital craftsmanship.

The campaign combined:

Creative Concept Development

Art Direction

Hand-Drawn Illustration

CGI Product Visualization

Digital Compositing

Advertising Design

The objective was not simply to create an attractive image, but to build a visual metaphor capable of communicating the product benefit instantly.

A philosophy that continues to guide our work today.
